Linking Samsung Watches to Healthy Choice

You can connect your Samsung Galaxy watch to the Healthy Choice app on Android devices to sync activity data. Because Samsung Health doesn’t connect directly, you’ll use a couple of apps to bridge the connection.

Connection Path:
Samsung Health → Health Sync → Google Fit → Healthy Choice app

1. Download the following apps from the Play Store (if you don’t have them):
  1. Google Fit
  2. Health Sync
  3. EHP Healthy Choice
2. Open Google Fit and create an account (make note of the email address you choose to set the account up with).

3. Open Health Sync and follow the prompts to sync Samsung Health → Google Fit.
  1. To use Health Sync, there is a one-time fee of $3.99 or a small monthly fee.
  2. Make sure to allow all required permissions when prompted.
4. Open the Healthy Choice app and follow the steps [here] to complete setup.

5. Wait for syncing.
There may be a delay before data is available in Google Fit to sync to the Healthy Choice app. If you don’t see updates after a few hours, open each app (Samsung Health, Health Sync, Google Fit) to refresh the connection.

Helpful Tip: As a best practice, open the Healthy Choice app weekly to sync your data and check the dashboard for accuracy.

Note: This setup works only on Android phones.
