Linking Apple Health to EHP Healthy Choice

With version 2.3.4 (or higher) of the EHP Healthy Choice app you are able to link the EHP Healthy Choice app directly to the Apple Health app on your iPhone.  For Google Fit (Android phones) click here.

To sync activity data from Apple Health to your EHP Healthy Choice account, download the EHP Healthy Choice app from the App Store or verify you have version 2.3.4 (or higher) already downloaded.

After the EHP Healthy Choice app is installed, follow the directions below to link to Apple Health.
  1. Open the EHP app and sign in using your EHP Healthy Choice login credentials.
  2. Tap the three dots at the bottom navigation to access the menu.
  3. Tap on Settings.
  4. Toggle on "Link Apple Health"
    1. You will then be asked to approve any necessary permissions needed to access your Apple Health data.
  5. Tap on the Link Device tab in the menu (three dots), and make sure that the 'Use App' option is selected.
  6. Open your EHP Healthy Choice app regularly (we recommend at least once per week). With the Apple Health connection enabled, your data will sync to your EHP account every time you open the EHP Healthy Choice app.  You can also manually sync data (within the last 30 days) by tapping the Sync button on the settings page of the app. If the app is running in the background of your phone, it will attempt to sync new data every hour. Data will not sync if the app is closed completely.
