Need Help Creating/Accessing a Motion Connected account

New Motion Connected Account

To obtain your organization's unique account activation code and instructions, please contact your program administrator(s). For security reasons, our support team cannot provide activation codes directly to participants, only verify if one is correct. 

Important Note for Healthy Choice Participants:

Healthy Choice participants should use the EHP Healthy Choice app or the Healthy Choice site to access their accounts. If you are a Healthy Choice participant, you will not be able to log into or activate an account on the Motion Connected platform because it is not used for your organization's program.

Existing Motion Connected Account

If you've forgotten your password or login ID, request a password reset by clicking "password reset request" on the login page of the Motion Connected app or website. Please note, the link in the email will expire 1 hour after your request.

When choosing a username and password the following rules apply:
  1. Must be at least 6 characters long
  2. May contain any combination of letters and/or numbers
  3. May contain any of these symbols ~ . ! # ^ _ * @ - ? $
