If the app your watch pairs with can share step data with Apple Health or Health Connect, you can use it for Healthy Choice!

How to Connect Your Activity Tracker’s App to Apple Health or Health Connect
Each app has a slightly different process to connect with Apple Health or Health Connect, but generally, you can follow these steps:
For iPhone Users:
Open the Health app on your iPhone (this app is pre-installed).
Tap your profile picture (sometimes shown as your initials) in the upper-right corner.
Under Privacy, tap Apps. Here, you'll see a list of apps you have that are compatible with Health. If the app you'd like to connect isn't listed, it may not be compatible.
If your app is listed, tap it and enable the health categories you want to share.
Depending on your app, you may also need to adjust its settings to allow data sharing with Health.

Once your activity data starts syncing with Apple Health, follow [these instructions] to link to Healthy Choice.
For Android Users:

Open Health Connect on your phone (learn how to access it here).
Under “Permissions and data,” tap App permissions.
Select the app you want to sync with Health Connect.
Toggle on "Allow All."

Your app must write steps to Health Connect to be compatible with Healthy Choice. Not all apps are compatible.

Linking Health Connect to Healthy Choice
Before getting started, ensure that the Healthy Choice app is installed on your phone, and that Health Connect is available on your device (learn more here).
Open the Healthy Choice app and sign-in if prompted.
Tap the three dots on the bottom navigation bar to open the menu.
Tap on Settings.
Toggle on "Enable activity tracking" and allow all permissions.
Toggle on "Automatic Activity Upload" and tap the Sync Now button.
Important: open the Healthy Choice app regularly to sync data from Health Connect.
View Your Activity Data
Tap on the Dashboard icon on the bottom navigation bar to view your activity data in Healthy Choice. The arrows or calendar option can be used to view activity from previous days.
Please note: with the Health Connect connection enabled, the last 30 days of data will sync to Healthy Choice each time you open the Healthy Choice app.
