Having trouble logging in? You can request a temporary password by going to the login screen of the Motion Connected app or website.

To request a temporary password (good for 24 hours), tap the Forgot Password button and enter the email address registered to your Motion Connected account. If you submit the request more than once within 24 hours, only the most recent temporary password will work to sign in to your account. When using a temporary password, we recommend copy/pasting it to avoid mistaking numbers and letters for other numbers and letters.

If you do not remember or do not have access to your registered email address, please contact our support team at support@motionconnected.com for further assistance. To help us better assist you, please provide your first and last name and the name of your company or organization.
