Need Help Creating/Accessing an EHP account

Important Note

EHP members will not be able to activate, login to, or use the Motion Connected app or website.  All EHP members must use the EHP Healthy Choice app or the EHP webpage to engage with their account.

New EHP Account

New EHP Account's are created by filling in the account activation form in the EHP Healthy Choice app (note if the app asks for an activation code you can enter HC) or from the EHP account activation website.

Existing EHP Account

If you already have an existing account you can request a temporary password (good for 24 hours) to your registered email address using the "Forgot" section of the login page.  Make sure to check your junk your spam folder for the temporary password email.

It is recommended that you copy and paste the temporary password from the email to avoid typos or mistaken letters/numbers.  You can change your Username or Password once you are logged in by clicking on Personal Information in the bottom right corner of your web account or app menu.

When choosing a username and password the following rules apply:

1. Must be at least 6 characters long
2. May contain any combination of letters and/or numbers
3. May contain any of these symbols ~ . ! # ^ _ * @ - ? $
