Need Help Creating/Accessing The Wellness Outlet account

New Account on The Wellness Outlet

If you need help activating a new account please contact your program administrator(s) to get the activation instructions and code(s) for your organization. If you have a Motion Connected account you can also find the instructions on the Wellness Outlet page of your Motion Connected account.

Note: EHP Platform users create their account by following the directions on the Device Store page of their EHP account

To prevent unauthorized members using the program the Motion Connected support team cannot provide activation codes, only verify if one is correct, without approval from the program administrator(s).  

Existing Account on The Wellness Outlet

If you already have an existing account you can reset your password using the Reset My Password button on the login page.  This will send you an email to your registered email address with a link to reset your password - the Link is only good for 10 minutes.

You can change your Username or Password on the Myaccount page once you are logged in by clicking either of the buttons for editing your address.
