Data recorded prior to the day you link your Fitbit account to Motion Connected will not automatically sync to your Motion Connected account. Below are the details on how Motion Connected gets activity data from the Fitbit system. Please note that in order for our system to access your data it must first sync to and show in your Fitbit account at fitbit.com
Our system pulls data from Fitbit on a two hour cycle.
Network issues or large amounts of data can cause delays in between these steps. For example, if Fitbit gets data from your device at 10:03 and the next pull does not happen until 12:00, if there is a large number of accounts being updated it may take until 12:45 for your Motion Connected account to be updated.
