Are you missing points that you thought you earned on your scorecard? The information below may help to identify why you are not seeing the points you think you should.
Auto awarded points: If you feel that you are missing points for an automatically awarded item such as a daily step points item or weight or blood pressure reading, first check the relevant data within your account (myActivity/myLife pages) to verify that your data is properly reflected. If you still feel like points are missing contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly help you troubleshoot further.
Challenge Points: When missing points that are awarded for participating or achieving a goal through a challenge, the first thing to check is the challenge status on your myChallenges page. If the challenge does not reflected that points have been awarded then no points have been distributed for that challenge yet. Usually there is a 7-10 day window after a challenge is ended before points are awarded. If the points have been awarded and you did not receive them check the item and challenge descriptions to see if a goal was required to be met or if participation was all it took to earn points and then check the challenge status to make sure that you met the requirement (if applicable).
Manually Completed Items: For missing points that are awarded when you manually mark an item as completed the first thing to check is bottom of the item details page. If the item is pending approval from your program administrator you will see that listed there. If the item was not completely submitted you will see the submit button and no unsubmit button. Clicking the submit button will submit your item for points.
